Ok, the redhead is the time traveler, the gray-purple haired one is the alien, and I guess the brown furry is Suzumiya Haruhi herself (she'd better watch out with those claws on that inflatable raft), but then who's the gray one?

The Suzumiya Haruhi motif aside, this really looks a LOT like the artistic style of Yuzo Takada, the creator of Nuku Nuku. It looks like it could easily have been drawn by him. And I mean that as a compliment.
